如何保护视力 How to Protect Your Eyesight

As we all know that the eyes are very important for us and it is essential for us too.So It is important for everyone to keep good eyesight. But do you know how to protect your eyesight?

我们都知道眼睛对我们是很重要的也是必不可少的。因此,对所有人来说保持好的视力是很重要。

First, don't keep your eyes work for a long time. You'd better have a rest by looking in the long distance after you have studied an hour or so.

首先,不要让你的眼睛工作太长。你最好看一看远处来让眼睛休息一下在你学习了一个小时左右后。

Secondly, pay attention to the following: Don't read in the sun or in a poor light; don't read in bed or in a moving bus. And when you read you should keep the book away from your eyes for about a foot.

第二,注意以下的:不要在太阳底下或者灯光微弱的地方看书。不要在床上或者开着的车上看书电视背景。看书的时候应该让眼睛和书保持一英电视背景尺的距离。

And thirdly, do eye-exercises every day. It will also help you keep good eyesight.

If you obey the rules above, I think, you may prevent your eyesight from becoming short-sighted.

Eachof us should stay healthy, which is the foundation of our activities. Here aresome ways to stay healthy.

我们每个人都应该保持健康,因为健康是我们活动的基础。这里有一些保持健康的方法。

First,we should spend one to two hours a day in regular exercise; try to walk insteadof ride. Second, we should eat some healthy foods such as vegetables, fruitsand so on. They are able to help us maintain a healthy body. When we are introuble, try to re电视背景lax our mood, listen to the soft music. It also enables us tomaintain a good health. Finally there is a good sleep can also assure us ahealthy body. We should sleep 电视背景seven to eight hours a day to maintain adequatesleep. If we can do follow these advice, I believe we can have a healthy body,a better life.

首先,我们应该花一到两个小时来做定时锻炼;尽量步行来代替乘车。第二,我们应该多吃一些健康的食品,如蔬菜,水果等。它们能够帮助我们保持健康的身体。当我们遇到麻烦时,尽量放松心情,听听柔和的音乐。这也能让我们保持良好的健康。最后,良好的睡眠也能保证我们有一个健康的身体。我们应该睡七到八小时来保持充足的睡眠。如果我们能够遵循这些建议,我相信我们能够有一个健康的身体,更好的生活。

Nowadays, as the living standardimprove, more and more people in the state of sub-health. And then people graduallyrealize the importance of  keeping fit. Differentpeople have different ways to keep fit, in my view, there are three ways to keepfit. They are as follow.

如今,随着生活水平的提高,越来越多的人处于亚健康状态。然后,人们逐渐意识到保持健康的重要性。不同的人有不同的方式来保持健康,在我看来,有三种方式来保持健康。他们是如下。

First of all, exercise is the mostimportant way to kit fit. I don’t know whether you discover that most of theancient people are healthy. The reason is that they have to do labor work everyday, which also equal to do exercise every day. If people want to be health, theywould better do exercise frequently. As for what kind of exercise should they take,I would say  just depending on themselves.

首先,运动是保持健康最重要的方法。我不知道你是否发现大多数古代人都是健康的。原因是他们每一天都要做体力劳动,这也等于每天做运动。如果人们想要健康,他们就应该经常锻炼身体。至于应该做什么样的运动,我会说,看个人自己。

In addtion, having a good diet is also agood way to keep fit. People in the modern society have many choices to pickfood. What people pick the most is meat andhighcaloric food. Those food can easily make people get fat. And then the healthproblem comes. Therefore , keeping a good diet is necessary. Keep  a good die means eating more fruite and vegetables in the meat world.

此外,均衡的饮食也是保持健康的好方法。现代社会的人们有更多的选择来挑选食物。人们挑选最多的是肉类和高热量的食物。这些食物容易使人发胖。然后,健康问题就出现了。因此,保持良好的饮食习惯是必要的。保持一个良好的饮食意味着在这个肉食世界里要多吃水果和蔬菜。

The last but not least is thatkeeping a good mood is essential in people’s health. It is said that keeping agood mood will lead to a good body. It is true that the people always have a goodmood is much healthier than those who always feel sad.

最后但并非最重要的是保持良好的心情对于人类健康也是不可或缺的。据说好的心情可以带来健康。这是真的,拥有好心情的人们总是比总是伤心难过的人健康多了。

In general, keeping fit needsto do exercise,keep a balance diet and keep a good mood.

总的来说,要保持身体健康就要锻炼,保持均衡饮食和保持一个好心情。如何保持健康 How to Keep Healthy Here are my advices about how to keep healthy.

Firstly, build normal daily routine and eat regularly. You should go to bed and get up early. Make sure you can have a good rest. Pay attention to your diets. Don’t eat too much meat and sugar. Eat more vegetables. Secondly, have a good mood towards life. A good mood will bring you a healthy body, too. Last, do some exercises. Exercises help you build a strong and healthy body.

首先,建立正常的作息,饮食规律。你应该早睡早起,确保你能够有良好的睡眠。注意你的 饮食,不要吃太多肉和糖,多吃蔬菜。其次,对生活抱有好心境。一个好的心情也会给你带来一个健康的身体。最后,要多锻炼。锻炼能够帮助 你建立强壮健康的身体。
